Terms and Conditions

We urge customers to go through our Terms and Conditions to keep acquainted with the norms to follow and the recent changes for a transparent process with ordering NuvaRing, associated return, refund, cancellation, and usage details. Here is what the policy is about:

  • Information shared on our website is for reference purposes. It is not a substitute for a healthcare provider’s recommendation. At the same time, we forbid illegal use of our pharmacy’s name, text, logo, and anything stated on our website.
  • Our pharmacy is not responsible for any side effects from the products. We suggest anyone experiencing side effects or unusual outcomes to birth control or any product on our website seek medical help immediately.
  • Remember that we are not the manufacturer of NuvaRing. However, we are a legal online seller and only those over 18 years of age are authorized to purchase from us.
  • All the orders are placed, and the contents are quality checked, and scanned at every stage. Thus, we request you to place the order after going through every detail as we do not accept returns of any products.
  • Our refund policy is transparent. If you have received the product, returns and refunds are not applicable. However, we provide a 100% refund of the billing amount, if the NuvaRing pack is not delivered to your address
  • Once the order is processed and dispatched, we do not accept cancellations. You can cancel the booking within 2 hours of making the online purchase, but not thereafter. Only 50% of the product cost will be refunded as the remaining 50% is charged to our pharmacy by the financial institution for cancellation.
  • If you want to request a cancellation, please send an email to our official email ID from your registered email address including the cancellation reason and order details. Overnight shipping orders cannot be canceled as we prepare for shipping as soon as the order payment is received.
  • We have every right to update the policies without prior notice. Keep a check on all our product and policy pages for regulation changes and align your expectations accordingly.
